The Purchase Process
After becoming a qualified NACA Buyer, the process of finding your new home will start, enter into the offer negotiations with the seller(s), the acceptance of the purchase contract, property inspections, and repairs if required by NACA/HAND, and close of escrow. When entering into a contractual agreement the contract should reflect the terms required by NACA.
