ABOUT NACA
Started in 1988, NACA has a tremendous track record of successful advocacy against predatory and discriminatory lenders as well as providing the best mortgage program in America with $10 billion in funding commitments.
NACA is the largest housing services organization in the country, and is rapidly expanding by growing its existing 30+ offices, headquartered in Boston, MA, opening many new offices nationwide, and expanding the services it offers its membership.
NACA is the best option for people who have neither perfect credit nor substantial savings.
BEST IN AMERICA MORTGAGE
NACA has over $13 Billion committed from some of the country’s largest lenders with everyone receiving these extraordinary terms:
• No Down Payment
• No Closing Costs
• No Points
• No Fees
• Below Market, Fixed Rate: The interest rate is less than the market rate for a conventional “A” rated mortgage.
• Term: 30-year and 15-year fixed.
• Credit Score Not Considered: NACA Qualification is based on the Member’s individual circumstances
• No Mortgage Insurance
• Eligible Properties: One, two, three, or four-family owner-occupied principal residences, including units in condos, coops, or combined residential/commercial buildings. Properties may include existing homes, new construction, or homes in need of renovation.
• Aggressive Interest Rate Buy Down: This is the most effective way of obtaining an affordable monthly mortgage payment or increasing the affordable purchase price.
• Renovations/Repairs: Funds for renovations are provided as part of the mortgage, with NACA providing assistance throughout the renovation process.
NACA does not consider your credit score but evaluates your individual circumstances, including explanations of late payments, to determine your ability and readiness for homeownership. Your Housing Counselor will help you determine which items need to be resolved to become NACA Qualified.
While you can purchase a property in a large geographic area, there are limits based on your Member Status (i.e., Priority or Non-Priority) and NACA’s maximum acquisition cost. Your purchase price plus any repair escrow funds (i.e., funds for repairs to be completed after closing) cannot exceed your approved Maximum Mortgage Amount or NACA’s current maximum loan amount limit. You cannot exceed the below limits by reducing the principal.

EXPERIENCE
Bruce Marks, Founder and CEO of NACA.
Luis Rios, First NACA In-House Real Estate Agent in Southern California.
Are you looking for an experienced real estate agent for the NACA program? Don't look further! Luis will guide you and help you become a NACA Home Buyer.
GETTING STARTED
The first step in the purchase process is to attend a NACA Home Buyer's virtual Workshop, which is open and free for everyone.
After attending the Homebuyer Workshop, you will need to access your individual Web-File to complete the basic information and provide documentation.
After becoming a qualified NACA Buyer, the process of finding your new home will start, enter into the offer negotiations with the seller(s), the acceptance of the purchase contract, property inspections, and repairs if required by NACA/HAND, and close of escrow. When entering into a contractual agreement, the contract should reflect the terms required by NACA.
You will need a real estate agent with experience, a good negotiator, and someone very familiar with the NACA Purchase Program to be able to explain to the real estate agent representing the seller, contractors, how the NACA purchase program works and ultimately get the keys to your new home. Luis can assist you with your home purchase as your REALTOR®.
